Processing & Shipping Times
We appreciate your support of FTD MERCH BY DREW™! Due to high demand for our premium streetwear, processing times vary by product:
- Standard Items: Ship within 1-3 business days
- High-Demand Items: Ship within 7-10 business days due to popularity and limited stock
You'll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL EXPRESS and FedEx depending on your location and order size.
- Domestic (US) Delivery: 3-7 business days after shipment
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions - follow us on social media to stay updated!
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships. You can track your order status directly through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Delivery times vary by location (typically 10-21 business days).
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Ftdmerchbydrew@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos (if damaged). We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
